Co-Founder (Executive Director)

Mutunga is the Co-Founder and CEO of TAAC, bringing three decades of professional experience that blend financial and institutional strengthening expertise with over two decades in health policy advocacy, governance, and accountability programming. She has worked extensively across Africa, Asia, and globally, supporting governments, civil society, and youth-led networks to advance inclusive participation and community-driven accountability. Angela’s leadership has shaped regional and global platforms, including major multi-lateral initiatives, where she has championed sustainable, community-owned results. She is now steering TAAC’s expanding agenda to integrate gender advocacy and climate resilience, providing strategic vision and leadership to position accountability at the center of sustainable development.
