Co-Founder (Director of Programs, IT, and Strategy)

Patrick Onchari is an IT Graduate, seasoned development technologist, and mission-driven problem solver at the intersection of technology, business processes automation, social impact, and organizational growth. With over 10 years of experience leading NGO programs and digital transformation initiatives, including consulting for government agencies and private sector, he blends strategic program leadership with deep technical expertise to craft solutions that address complex social and humanitarian challenges. His portfolio spans health systems strengthening, youth advocacy and empowerment, SRHR, health financing, livelihoods and financial inclusion, governance, human security, climate change adaptation and digital innovation, blending program leadership with deep technical expertise to deliver sustainable impact for communities."

He brings experience in shaping organizational strategy, cross-sectoral partnerships strengthening, and embedding digital transformation into development programs. He has successfully supported design and implementation of national and INGO initiatives funded by partners such as USAID, DFAT/AusAID, EU, UNDP, Global Fund, GIZ, DANIDA, BHC, US-DOS, Public Health Institute, among others, consistently bridging technology with social impact. Skilled in agile and hybrid project management, he supports TAAC’s growth strategy, programs management, digital solutions architecture, and data-driven advocacy platforms, ensuring inclusive participation, stronger systems, and sustainable change for underserved communities.
